The East Texas Crisis Center is dedicated to providing safety, shelter and education for victims of family violence, sexual assault and other violent crimes. ETCC is committed to restoring dignity and purpose in the lives of victims and promoting public compassion and awareness in order to reduce violence in the community. The ETCC has four major annual events, the Auto & Cycle Show in February, the Wine & Cheese Party in spring, the Lone Star Salute in the fall and the President's Circle Reception in January. Our Outreach Operations hold fundraising events in Henderson County with the annual Athens Wine & Cheese Party in the fall and Walk-a-Mile in Her Shoes in early summer. While in Van Zandt County its own annual Golf Tournament fundraising event and it is held at the Twin Lakes Golf Course.
